Listed below are the prices for our callout computer services. For prices for new computers or hardware, please contact us.
* Standard Pricing:
Callout Fee - $30.00
Service Rate - $70.00 / hour
Standard services are charged in one hour blocks. The minimum cost
for a standard service is one hours service rate plus callout fee.
($100.00)
A standard service as listed above can be described as a service within the following times of Monday to Saturday - 9:00am to 7:00pm. 24 hours notice of a standard booking is requested.
* Special rate plans:
Business owners who wish to set up a regular contracted service at a
lower rate can be organised by contacting us via email or phone. These
special services are charged in one hour blocks, The minimum cost for a
standard service is three hours service rate. (Hourly rate is
determined by contacting us, with subsequent organisation of a special
price based on either an hours per month contract and/or other
criteria).
* Emergency callout, after-hours, and public holiday rates:
Callout Fee - $100.00
Service Rate - $100.00 / hour
Rates for customers who require emergency service callouts
after hours are charged at these rates. Special services are charged in
one hour blocks. The minimum cost for a public holiday service is one
hours service rate plus callout fee. ($200.00)
